and jeffree... did you think about how people/girls would feel who are at a healthy weight after you called me "fucking fat" on the hollytaunts blog?

i think its CRAZY that you are on here saying that you don't waste your time on hate when that is pretty much all that i hear coming out of your mouth.

i guess it makes sense that you would wear the remains of a once beautiful animal just because its apparently what you think "rich people wear".... the only things you value are fame and money. GROSS.
shouldn't you be eating right now? and its true you ARE fat. you don't work out. the only "working" i see, is you trying to suck tila and billy off, REAL famous people unlike yourself who will NEVER be anything so you gotta run your mouth about me.

DIETS are ok ya know.. being a cow like yourself is promoting UNHEALTHY lifestyles and early death. die already, no one cares about you :D and you should model for Peta, they love animals





....... ok... for anyone reading this.. i just wanted to post this up here on  my blog. as proof of what a child jeffree is.
hanna and jeffree blocked me from responding to their posts on their pages but as you can see i have not blocked them because i am not a child.
jeffree embarasses himself enough as it is.
its astounding how infantile this post was.. and the note on my profile..
i have seriously never even heard of or met someone as lame or juvenile as jeffree star.

for the record though i don't make all the songs and art that i make for "fame".
my friends are my friends because they are true and amazing and i love them.
the things i havc accomplished and the things i stand for are obvious by my actions and track record.

and its the most disgusting thing that jeffree referred to the fact that my ex cheated on me when i was touring with billy corgan as a way to try to hurt me.

that is so low and vile.

and as for hanna if what she says is really true then why did she feel it necessary to "defend" her actions on a blog. it reeks of guilt.
i think she's a good person who's a little bit lost right now... and i wouldnt have wanted to bring her into my world and in the pumpkins video if i didnt like her. so when she's through this destruction phase with jeffree..... etc.

FUR IS DEAD!! REAL BEAUTY!! RAINING BLOWJOBS!!

i had so much fun with audrey and ali at the show too.... haha.

i played a show last night at the mint.. it was a rainy night. perfect for a sad piano show.
i improvised most of the show....
at the end i took a request from the audience.. had them pick three chords and a subject..
they picked G B and Csharp. haha. and the topic was "raining blowjobs"

hahahah.

anyway..we are making more factory girls art tonight.. ;) so i gotta go..

this week on "As the Strawberry Turns"

im fucking depressed!!! but ive got alot going on this week...

tues. im gonna work on the Magnolia mix and pick a b-side and practice for my show..and make the factory girls intro song. and dye my hair and make my dress for thurs. show.

wed. im going do a campaign photo shoot for peta. then rush off to a fashion show benefit for people who suffer with eating disorders


thurs. i have a show at the mint. a piano show where im going to play my sadness out. i play at 10.

oh what a day/night

i love the hollytauntes interview so much but i think i look funny in it. i blame not sleeping the night before...at all. so i was not looking one hundred percent..but damn it...that was fucking fun.
so was tonight..
i went to visit neal pogue at the Record Plant where he was mixing n.e.r.d.'s new record. rad. it sounded tight.
then i went on a walk because it was feeling stressed and ended up at the pleasure chest.....
yep.
penis shaped everything..lollipops to waterbottles..
then..
i went to winstons and sang at the top of my lungs to songs im ashamed to admit that i know.
then i walked down to seven to say hi to my friends from kin.

weight loss, fitness, health... ANTI EATING DISORDERS

I'm getting in shape the healthy way. Most of you know i have had eating disorder issues throughout the years and that now im 4 years recovered from anorexia etc.
I know that alot of people hold alot of pain inside by overeating or under eating or over exercising or under exercising.
Some of us lose all sight of what we are in reality. It affects our self esteem, our relationships, our sex life.. etc.
I know personally how much pain is associated with these issues.
it hurts me when i hear people totally rip themselves apart but then again i do it to sometimes.
Its a continual effort to stay healthy and to love myself. i understand.
This year i have been working out with justin at the gym and eating really well and its doing wonders for me inside and out. I've always exercised (sometimes too much) but now im learning how to do things the right way. The healthy way.
Since its such a big thing in my life i wanted to include all of you. When you are feeling bad about yourself its hard to feel good about the people around you. I see this all over now.. people bash each other to pieces. especially online.
Taking care of yourself takes alot of self love. It makes you stronger from the inside out.
What you put in your body changes your moods and quality of life.

Bad Foods-
Sugar
Trans fat (margarine, shortening etc)
sugar substitutes (like splenda which forms pockets of crystals in your liver, and sweet n low, empty calories are really bad for you, etc)
White flour - on this i have to add that the "food pyramid" we are all taught in health in school was a scam because there was a wheat surplus. Eating that much wheat has contributed to our national weight gain)
processed foods
junk food....
you get the idea.

here are some things you could eat to replace those..
instead of sugar and sugar substitutes try honey, stevia, xylitol (which is good for your teeth)
use real butter, or coconut oil
if you eat bread eat whole wheat bread. full of fiber and more nutritious
throw out processed cheeses, chips, and all the other crap food that makes you store fat.

eat smaller portions. j has me eating 5 or 6 times a day (about 250 calories each) in smaller portions. this speeds up your metabolism. when you dont eat your metabolism get slow and you are more likely to gain weight. if you eat smaller meals all throughout the day your body gets used to burning what its given.

especially here in america we WAY overeat. find out what amount of calories is right for you.

here's a sample menu of what i would eat in a day.
morning.. coffee, whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it
2 hrs later.. grapefruit
2 hrs later.. chicken salad (1 cup)
2 hrs later.. vanilla whey protein and milk
2 hrs later.. cup of chili with a little bit of cheese
2 hrs later.. 2 eggs fried with a little coconut oil
2 hrs later.. steamed spinach and a boca cheeseburger

that's just off the top of my head but you get the idea.
one day a week we have a 'cheat day' where everything is allowed. so cheeseburgers, pizza, whatever.. its a free for all.. its good for your metabolism to have one day a week like that and it helps you stay to your healthy foods on regular days.

i've been lifting weights as well as doing my pilates and hatha yoga workouts. im trying to build more lean muscle mass and get my body fat percentage down. i also want sexy toned muscles.
its really hard for girls to get bulky... so j tells me not to worry. the more muscle tone you have the more calories you burn in a day.
here are some exercises that i do regularly..and that you can do at home while watching tv.

     

     

     

     

     

its important to breath throughout these because it will calm you down.
also some things i do throughout the day i do sidekicks while i do the dishes and i do front and back kicks while i use the microwave and i do jumping jacks through the abc's throughout the day randomly to get my heart rate up.

right now im training hard to see what i can accomplish in a healthy way. that's 5 days at the gym..3 days lifting for 60 min. and 2 days of cardio. i do 250 ab 'crunches' in different positions every other day.

well..i am hoping to get to my goal by the summer so ill let you know how its going...
i was 150 lbs. and im 5 7 but last year i was pretty lazy ;) so im hoping to get really healthy while at the same time dropping my body fat percentage. I love my curves though! so i dont want to lose too much! :)

i just wanted to open a discussion if any of you have tips..

there are two sites that i found really helpful. www.calorie-count.com and fitday.com
sometimes when you write down what you are actually eating its shocking.. and can help you get back on track.
i HIGHLY recommend calorie count plus  (just google it) because they give you alot of information.
its VERY important to do this the healthy way!!!! starving yourself and doing crazy hardcore diets only makes it worse.. and puts strain on your internal organs.
eating right and exercising really is the only way to look great. and its a very loving thing to do for yourself.
